Rent with Us


This package is addressed to the owners who require renting their property through our company.

What we do:

  1. We advertise and promote your property through various international and national websites, magazines, local and international newspapers.
  1. We print flyers with the full description, pictures of your property and the testimonials of the previous tenants.
  1. We inform the owners about the similar rentals in the area and seasonal prices. Contact us for more information and prices.
  2. In agreement with the owners we set the rental price and we update it on all websites and in all advertising material.
  1. We deal with the initial rental inquiry to the final booking.
  1. We will meet all arriving guests in a pre-arranged central location; this allows the guest to follow us to the property without running the risk of getting lost in an un-familiar area. Once at the property, the guests will be informed about the property and it’s facilities and about the surrounding area. The keys are given to the guest with instructions on the departure procedure. We endeavour to answer any questions raised by the guest and supply them with contact numbers for our office should they have any questions during their stay.

We can supply the guest with a mobile phone with a local Spanish number.

We provide transfer from and to the airport, sightseen service, etc. Contact us for more information and prices.

  1. An information pack is provided for the property which contains local emergency numbers, information about the area, beach information, day trip advice and street market times, excursions, urbanisation, swimming pool rules and our contact numbers for the use of your guests.

  1. Hygiene Pack

We will always provide toilet rolls, liquid soap, air fresheners, washing-up liquid, kitchen rolls, a new dishcloth and dishwasher tablets as part of our Domestic Services. Anything else that you require can be provided if required. Additional charge applied.

  1. For cleaning, gardening, window cleaning or other services on a regular basis, we can create a bespoke contract that provides the basic annual management contract plus the additional services that you require.
  1. Alternatively you may require services on an ‘as and when’ basis. Perhaps you need the property cleaning or gardening just once in a while. Either way La Manga Properties Investments can provide as little or as much as you require. Our flexible attitude to Property Services ensures that there will be a contract to fit your needs.
  1. Annual Management package is included.
  1. We can recommend you a English speaking solicitor for all the legal aspects of owning and renting a property in Spain
